1. Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• It must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition you received it.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
